Material to be formatted for web-ready presentations/digital products must be submitted to the MeTube Videos site director who will assign a MeTube Designer to complete the project which includes uploading to the MTV site. Any MeTube digital products hosted for you on the MTV site will be done so WITHOUT COMPENSATION TO YOU, including, but not limited to publication, broadcast and posting. Prior to submitting material that you desire to be formatted as MeTube digital products and hosted on the MTV site, review and follow instructions for using a SafePay Escrow Account. The professional to request is MeTube Designer (profile ID 957351). Once the project has been approved and payment received, the material will be ready for hosting. For hosting payments, you will be redirected to an area for payment via credit card through the MTV PayPal account. If monthly payments are not received after hosting begins, hosted material will be made unavailable for public viewing until payment is received.

Prior to uploading material to the MeTube Videos (MTV) site, its director, designers, webmaster, and/or staff will review all material. You must have written permission to use any copyrighted material if not your original work. No unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, indecent or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage a violation of any law will be uploaded to the MTV site. Periodically, the MTV director, designers, webmaster, and/or staff will monitor or review blogs, chats, discussions, or interactive areas associated with MTV postings. If any is found to be s unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, indecent or profane or that could constitute or encourage a violation of any law, the authors will be contacted and ask to remove any such material. We assume no responsibility or liability arising from the contents.

By submitting messages and/or materials to the MeTube Videos (MTV) site, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the MTV, its director, designers, webmaster, and/or staff, subsidiaries and affiliates from all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs arising out of all claims, challenges or actions related to your submission, including, without limitation, claims for infringement of intellectual property rights, libel and defamation related to your submission.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the MeTube Videos (MTV) site, its director, designers, webmaster, and/or staff, subsidiaries and affiliates from all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs arising from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your Internet account, including but not limited to negligent or wrongful conduct, by you or any other person accessing the MTV site using your Internet Account.
